My 3 Goals
3 goals that i want to achieve
Today we had writting class. In our writting class we watched the video about 30-days challenges, and we created 30-days challenges.
My first goal is 'Wake Up Early' I need 3 steps to achieve this goal.
Step 1, don't be tired.
Step 2, go to bed eariler than usual day.
Lastly step 3, wake up early.
When i don't be tired and go to bed earlier. It will hlep to me to doesn't give any stressful, so i can get up earlier.
My next goal is 'Don't Eat Between the Meals' When we eat snacks or candies before we eat meals it makes us don't want to eat meals and we can get fat easly. There are 3 steps to achieve this goal.
First, don't buy to much sncks to eat. When we have lots of sncks, we wants to eat more.
Second step is when i want to eat snacks between meals, i will brush my teech. It will help me.
Third step is don't thin about snaks. When i thin about snacks, it makes me to eat.
Lastly my third goal is 'Use Less Cell-phones' There are also 3 steps to achieve.
First, i will turn off my cell-phone.
Second, i will hide my cell-phone myself.
Third, don't think about cell-phone. Just focus anything else expect about cell-phone, the i can use less cell-phone than now.
I want to achieve these three goals while i am in GLPS camp. I will try to achieve these things. Step 1, don't be tired.
